How does the trial signup work?

We offer a 30 Day Free subscription to trial the full PlanPoint hub and mobile app to see if it works for you. We offer support throughout this period for all packages to help you utilise PlanPoint to its full potential. There is no commitment to carry on your subscription once the 30 Day Trial ends.

Do you have a money back guarantee?

We want your PlanPoint subscription to be as easy as possible: To get set up, to use, and if needed, to cancel your plan. We do not tie you into a rolling contract that you can’t get out of. If you wish to cancel, you can - no additional payments or fees are required.

How does the bespoke customisation work?

As part of the Enterprise subscription package, we can tailor your account to suit you. This may mean we amend current features as well as add entirely new ones to suit your business and way of working. Your dedicated PlanPoint contact will work with you and PlanPoint’s development team to put these features in place.

Do you offer discounts?

We offer discounts based on the number of users you wish to have as part of your plan. With the Premium Subscription, you will get a 10% discount per user from the Standard Subscription. With the Enterprise Subscription, you will be saving more than 30% per user.

Do you offer support?

A member of our team is always happy to help when you require our support regardless of the package you are on when you email Customer Support. If you have a Premium, Pro or Enterprise Subscription, we offer a complimentary onsite training service. We also offer additional training days and webinars if required, please enquire via the ‘Contact us’ page.
